I do require a 24 hour cancellation notice so that I can call patients on my waiting list. I do understand that emergencies come up from time to time, and if you have an emergency which prevents you from keeping your appointment, please notify me as soon as you can and I will try and work with you. I do reserve the right to discontinue patients who no call/no show or last minute cancel repeatedly.
